Two week stay

Every one here are very nice. The Ladies at the check in counter even remembered my name. The only draw back was the quality of the food. I also liked the green treys better then the new flexible smaller ones. In the gift shop will you start back ordering the candy bars made here in O.K. ? Dining is going downhill

The overall hotel experience is great, except for how the recent changes in the dining experience. What is your dining manager thinking with the overall dining experience. I think your dining prices, are high for the area. The quality of the food is down and the layout of the food service area is bad. The changes that have happened over the last three years have been very bad, the plating needs to go back to a basic full buffet style plating, with a larger style tray to support your food and drink that you can carry with a single trip to the food service area. The food on the weekend was on the line too long and over priced with the price increase that occurred last year. This facility is owned by the US Postal Service as a training facility, and most of the people staying hear are required to be here and have to pay to get different food choices. You have not done yourself as a Marriott branded hotel to meet Marriott standards, I have never been to any kind of restaurant that requires the paying customer to police their table, clean off the tray by dumping your trash, separating the different pieces of dishware and glasses, and the area you are doing it in is very small and within 3 feet of where someone is sitting at a table and trying to eat. Please remember this is still a Training facility, wether for Postal or a conference, so people have a limited time to eat breakfast and lunch, so a decent tray and typical dishware work better than what you are providing. Go back to the rolling caninets to put your dishware on, quit wasting your employees on taking glasses out of the cleaning trays and stacking them in little cubbies, they could not keep up with the demand for the last week. I am not even getting into the fact that you have let your buyers go to a lower quality supplier. I have been coming here since the hotel has opened.   ~ Dennis Berryman

Loved our stay here

Went here because I had training for 1 week, I work for the USPS. The hotel was really nice and clean. But the best part of the stay was the food, they had a wide selection. And the service was good too but the one who stood out the most was Victor, a food server. He was really warm and very accommodating to the guests.   ~ Sarah
