Pleasantly surprised

Everyone was extremely nice. All the hotel amenities made the stay extra nice. The teenagers never got bored and we were able to enjoy the stay in Norman. There was so much to do when we got back to the hotel that we could relax in the rooms or head down to one of the many activities available.   ~

Penny pinchers

Imagine my surprise when I went to get in their heated pool only to find it was unheated. The desk told me it was because the number of people using the pool didn't justify turning on the heat. Really? Have they considered people aren't attempting to use it because it is too COLD? Worse than that, when I went to the front desk to register a complaint I was told that the way complaints were handled was that I would receive a survey AFTER my stay. No one ever asked what my complaint was or if it was something that could be handled during the 12 days I have left here. I can only assume that they are uninterested in knowing or handling issues while you are here. No way to run a service industry.   ~
