My Sunday evening driver, Darrell, went the extra mile for me. United Airlines left my luggage in Chicago, and although it started out as a joke, Darrell took me seriously and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I joked about stopping at Wal-Mart to buy some clothing to get through the week. Little did I realize that Darrell fully intended on stopping for me to make sure I got what I needed. Extremely thoughtful and a credit to your company. He pulled up to Wal-mart with every intention of waiting on me until I shopped as much as I needed. What a great, great guy! Thank you! I was treated like I was on vacation versus having to be there for my company-every wish was my command! Excellent service.

The lobby and other common areas were so inviting, I wanted to rest there a while, had I the time to do so. The general manager Mr. Badaroux and especially sales member Katie Reel were exceptionally and extraordinarily knowledgeable, helpful and professional as well as friendly.

The cashier at the training site was most helpful & friendly. She’s been there for years and has never changed. She is a person every one should know. The cashier in the training facility has always been there to show extra care for not only me but also for my wife. There were times we both felt uncomfortable and she seemed to be aware of that and intervened to assist us to feel more comfortable.

We did not have a single complaint from any attendee. Do you have any idea how amazing that is? At the very least, we hear “it was too cold”, “it was too hot”, “the lights were too dim”, “the food was awful”, or “how much did this cost? Well it wasn’t worth it!” This year, all we heard were “this is the best conference we have ever had” and “let’s come back next year”. NCED is the place to hold a conference, either for a day or a week. The facility, the meeting rooms, the audio/visual, the break service, the food, the sleeping rooms, the common areas…it was all wonderful!

Yes, very much so. Everyone at NCED was very nice and helpful. My stay here was very pleasant. One staff member in particular was very helpful was Keith the shuttle driver. I was stuck at the airport when my flight, among many, was cancelled. I knew I would have to stay another night. I called NCED and the helpful staff member assured me I could have my room back for the night, but there were no more shuttles going to the airport tonight. I heard someone in the background say 'I'll go'. I was extremely relieved. With my flight being cancelled, I didn't need the added stress of figuring out how to get back to NCED. I thought that was very nice of Keith to offer to drive to the airport without any hesitation. There were a couple of other students that needed a ride back too. I feel that Keith genuinely cares for people and that Marriott /NCED should be proud to have an employee like him.

Everyone at your facility was more than generous and our event would not have been the success it was without all their hard work. I personally was told by several people that attended what a lovely facility it is and how outstanding everything was, from the meeting room to the excellent food. Those that stayed overnight were all pleased with their accommodations.
