My 2 week course re-introduced me to the NCED Marriott. My approach to sports and my health has been positively affected through my involvement with the Fitness Challenge! My sincere appreciation to Jodi Watson for creating an environment welcoming strangers and newcomers to new and unique activities! I’m playing racquetball, swimming, stone craving, Zumba, stretching and dancing. Fantastic Experience! My housekeeping specialist, even reminded me of the exercise classed I told her I wanted to attend! What great, special, high class services! I’m more than eager to come back again. I am amazed how clean the entire facility is maintained. Also it appears to me that I really did not notice a large presence of cleaning staff in the area but it was always clean. Sort of reminded I of Disney World, when you get to the park the next day the place would be spotless. The food was outstanding. I wish I could have eaten all the varieties, but I did not want to gain too much weight. LOL! - Nelson R.
The room was exactly what I needed, perfectly clean and comfortable. The lobby and common areas were also very well kept, lots of people coming and going, but not loud or crowded-feeling, just active in a good way. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, good-natured and seemed to enjoy helping me. This visit to NCED was my first-ever stay in Oklahoma. I am literally looking for other projects to work on in my company that would have me traveling back to Norman, just so I could stay at NCED again! Thanks very much for the great stay. - Ann K.

I was a bit apprehensive upon arriving for the first time at nighttime because the hotel building didn't look very inviting from the road, but upon entering the lobby and seeing how beautiful it was, I was very pleasantly surprised and from that moment I kept falling in love with the hotel. There is a special intangible quality of the hotel that made me think everything was adorable. The staff was friendly and relaxing and there was much attention to detail in every hallway. Everything seemed very professionally attended to. We *loved* the fruit water in the lobby and looked forward to it every evening. The cleanliness and quality of our room made it very easy to enjoy its 'cozy' size. The comforter was amazing and it's always nice to have good soaps. Lots of closet space! And thank you for having TBN as one of your cable channels. - Kyla T.
Although the rooms are quite small, they are very nice and allow for a comfortable stay. The pool is spectacular with plenty of seating around. A person forgets that he or she is just off a highway. It is easy to imagine that you're in a resort area.Also, the breakfast is WONDERFUL!! We came as vacationers rather than trainees. If we could've stayed longer we would have even though we're just 40 miles away. We think of our stay there as a way to have fun and stay/get in shape. - Fred and Connie F.
The food was really good. One day for lunch we had these maple glazed fillets. The cut on the beef was so tender and delicious. MMMMMM.

This is my first time to travel and stay at NCED. I loved your hotel, the friendliness or your staff, and the meal choices were excellent. I would stay there at any time as the opportunity would present itself. I totally loved your facility and its people!!!!.
We did not have a single complaint from any attendee. Do you have any idea how amazing that is? At the very least, we hear “it was too cold”, “it was too hot”, “the lights were too dim”, “the food was awful”, or “how much did this cost? Well it wasn’t worth it!” This year, all we heard were “this is the best conference we have ever had” and “let’s come back next year”. NCED is the place to hold a conference, either for a day or a week. The facility, the meeting rooms, the audio/visual, the break service, the food, the sleeping rooms, the common areas…it was all wonderful!
Yes, very much so. Everyone at NCED was very nice and helpful. My stay here was very pleasant. One staff member in particular was very helpful was Keith the shuttle driver. I was stuck at the airport when my flight, among many, was canceled. I knew I would have to stay another night. I called NCED and the helpful staff member assured me I could have my room back for the night, but there were no more shuttles going to the airport tonight. I heard someone in the background say 'I'll go'. I was extremely relieved. With my flight being canceled, I didn't need the added stress of figuring out how to get back to NCED. I thought that was very nice of Keith to offer to drive to the airport without any hesitation. There were a couple of other students that needed a ride back too. I feel that Keith genuinely cares for people and that Marriott /NCED should be proud to have an employee like him.
