University of Oklahoma Performing Arts.

Top-notch theatrical productions are created each year at the University of Oklahoma. Situated in the OU Fine Arts Center are the Rupel Jones Theatre, named after a former drama school director, and the Max Weitzenhoffer Theatre, whose namesake is a Tony Award-winning Broadway producer and graduate. Amazing concerts can be heard at the Catlett Music Center courtesy of the OU School of Music Symphony Orchestra and the Pride of Oklahoma marching band, plus several ensembles made up of both faculty members and students.

University of Oklahoma’s Research Campus.

OU’s Research Campus covers 271 acres and many compelling areas of study. The Stephenson Research and Technology Center has its scientific hands in many intellectual pots, including genomes and robotics. The school’s meteorology academic and research programs, along with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s weather and operations programs, are at the heart of the National Weather Center.
