IS THERE ANYWHERE TO EAT AT THE SAM NOBLE OKLAHOMA MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY?
When you get hungry thinking about how much dinosaurs used to eat, stop by Redbud Café offering up free Wi-Fi, fresh sandwiches, salads, snacks, and coffee. It's open 8:30 am-3 pm, Tuesday-Friday, and 10 am-3 pm on Saturdays.
WHAT EXHIBITS CAN I EXPECT TO SEE?
Although exhibits change periodically, there are permanent galleries at Sam Noble Museum of Natural History that are always open. These include the behind-the-scenes focus of Orientation Gallery, dinosaur skeletons galore in the Hall of Ancient Life, immersive dioramas in the Hall of Wonders, American Indian history in the Hall of the People of Oklahoma, global artifacts in the Gallery of World Cultures, and the planet-forming exhibits of the Paleozoic Gallery. Current ones include Titanoboa: Monster Snake, the world’s largest snake weighing 1.5 tons.
